Front Office Professional
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing front-of-office operations and providing exceptional administrative support to our sales and property management teams. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and greeting clients
• Perform daily banking and cash handling procedures
• Reconcile accounts, process payments, and maintain transaction records
• Assist with trust account processes in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support financial administration, including invoicing, receipting, and end-of-month reporting
• Coordinate mail and email correspondence
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in reception, accounts administration, or real estate office support
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with real estate or accounting software an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
