About the Role
As a Cook, you’ll play a vital role in creating nutritious and delicious meals that support the wellbeing of our customers. You’ll take pride in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes that meet individual dietary requirements, following standard recipes and directions to ensure every meal is delivered safely and to a consistently high standard.
In this hands‑on role, you’ll work as part of a supportive Food Services team committed to excellence in food quality, safety and presentation. Your attention to detail, passion for good food and understanding of Safe Food Australia Standards will help ensure every customer enjoys a positive dining experience, every time.
About You
You’re a skilled and passionate Cook who takes pride in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals in a safe and efficient manner. With strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, you bring both culinary expertise and a genuine care for customer satisfaction to every service.
- Trade-qualified in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience through extensive in-service training)
- Proven ability to work effectively under time pressures while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer service and food safety
- Experienced in large-scale catering operations, including stock rotation and menu planning
