* Deliver exceptional service to families, students, and visitors by greeting and assisting them with professionalism and care.
* Manage incoming communications with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring all calls, emails, and messages are handled efficiently.
* Handle mail distribution and general communication tasks in a timely manner.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all enquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
Student Services Duties:
* Oversee daily student attendance and manage absenteeism effectively.
* Coordinate campus bus procedures and daily rolls to ensure seamless operations.
* Provide first aid services and manage the student sickbay, including medical plans for Anaphylaxis and Asthma.
* Maintain accurate student records and medical alerts to ensure data integrity.
