About you
Current AHPRA registration (RN or relevant discipline)
Extensive experience in clinical governance, quality, or compliance within aged care, health, or human services
Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation, and legislative compliance
Success in managing audits, regulatory relationships, and incident investigations
Proven ability to analyse data, lead improvement plans, and empower multidisciplinary teams
Exceptional communication, resilience, and stakeholder management skills
Postgrad qualifications in health management/quality/risk (desirable)
