Full-Time Experienced Chef
Barragunda Dining is expanding, and we're looking for a passionate, experienced chef to join our close-knit team on the Mornington Peninsula.
We are a small, collaborative kitchen where everyone works across all sections. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to cook over fire, work with exceptional seasonal produce grown onsite, and be involved in everything from butchery to preserving and harvesting.

* Thursday to Monday roster (Thursday prep + 4 lunch services)

About you:
* Proven experience in a professional kitchen
* Passion for seasonal cooking and produce-driven menus
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to work across all sections of the kitchen
* Interest in fire cooking, butchery, and preservation (highly regarded)
