About the Role
Following strong growth and the successful launch of their Accounting & Advisory division in 2024, the firm is now seeking an experienced Manager | Tax & Advisory to join their expanding team.
This is a newly created role offering the chance to work closely with senior leadership, manage a diverse client portfolio, and play a key role in shaping the future of a fast-growing practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage tax and advisory engagements, ensuring compliance across Tax, BAS, GST, PAYG, and SGC.
* Collaborate with management to attract and onboard new business clients.
* Deliver high-quality advisory and consulting work to small and medium businesses.
* Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
* Contribute to improving internal systems, processes, and client delivery standards.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* CPA or CA qualification (or in progress)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in public practice accounting
* Strong technical knowledge of taxation and compliance
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
