The Opportunity:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate full-time Drive Way Concierge to join our successful service team at Paradise Mazda. If you are a team-focused individual with a drive for excellence, we want to hear from you! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit, family-oriented team committed to delivering excellent outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
* Greeting customers on arrival
* Checking customers' vehicles in with service advisors
* Tagging and moving vehicles to waiting bays
* Dropping off customers when required
* Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
* Ensuring all procedures are followed when handling customer vehicles
* Assisting in the car wash when required
* Performing ad hoc duties as instructed by management
You will be great in this role because:
* You have highly developed organisational and time management skills
* You are committed to customer service and satisfaction
* You can work effectively in a team environment
* You hold a current driver's license
* You can drive both automatic and manual vehicles
* You are professionally presented, energetic, enthusiastic, and communicative
Other Desirable Skills (not necessarily required):
* Concierge experience
