About the role:
* As a pivotal member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the success of homes and communities across the UK.
* A Quantity Surveyor at Taylor Wimpey ensures the effective management of site budgets, contributing to the delivery of high-quality homes for customers.

During your training, you'll gain hands-on experience in key areas such as:
* Tender Process: Review drawings, analyze tenders, and negotiate with contractors.
* S.I.T Budgets: Create and manage Excel SIT Budgets, and utilize COINS SIT Budgets.
* Order Placement: Chair meetings and facilitate COINS Order Placement.
* Payments: Generate payment batches, address invoice queries, and draft certificates.
* CVR: Conduct valuations, reconcile costs, and compile comprehensive reports.
* Subcontractor Management: Cultivate relationships, manage accounts, and understand pricing structures.
About you
What you will need:
* A 2:1 Degree in a Built Environment or Construction Related Course
* Ideal for graduates with a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* A Willingness to travel around your area
* Full indefinite UK working rights
* Full UK Drivers License
* To be successful in this role you must be able to prove eligibility to work in the UK.
