�� Call Centre Customer Service Representative
Location: Brisbane - North
Type: Contract - 3 Months +
Hourly rate: $35.80 per hour plus super
What you'll do:
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Resolve customer complaints with empathy and practical solutions
* Rebook missed services efficiently and accurately
* Monitor and respond to shared mailbox communications
* Book and update scheduled services
* Manage service disputes and provide clear resolutions
* Ensure customer records are up to date with new information
What you'll need:
Essential:
* Experience with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable:
* Previous call centre experience
* Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
