About the Role
We are seeking skilled Assembly Technicians to support our bioreactor and facility component manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with our team to assemble, install, and maintain bioreactors, pipework, fittings, valves, and mechanical components.
* Perform plumbing tasks including pipe cutting, joining, sealing, and pressure-testing (PVC, HDPE, stainless).
* Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure accuracy.
* Maintain a safe working environment by using hand and power tools effectively.
* Operate CNC machinery, setup, tool changes, simple programming or file loading.
* Conduct quality checks to guarantee assemblies meet specifications and tolerances.
* Support fabrication tasks such as cutting, drilling, and light welding if qualified.
