We are looking for a DualConcession Supervisor within our Myer Robina Womenswear Concession Pads to lead our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high‑performing team culture. Deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long‑lasting relationships.

THE ROLE
* Drive a customer‑focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
* Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
* Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pads.
* Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
* Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back‑of‑house administration.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
* An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
* A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
* An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
* A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
