About the Role

This role is an opportunity to provide customers with a seamless banking experience, meeting their end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

You will be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience, contributing to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and creating real customer value.

As a Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with customers, providing tailored advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.


Your Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, ensuring they feel valued and empowered to make informed decisions about their finances.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of customer service, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business success.
* Act as a role model and peer coach, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty, using data and insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors, gained through experience working in retail or customer-facing environments.
* An ability to communicate complex information simply and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* A willingness to learn and adapt quickly, with a flexible approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
