Key responsibilities include:
* Meet or exceed individual performance targets, utilizing all available store resources to achieve success
* Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet customers' expectations
* Ensure the execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
* Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure product representation on the sales floor
* Represent the adidas brand and company values in an inspiring way
Requirements for this role include:
* A strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success
* Motivated, energetic, and passionate about achievement, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
