Head Chef Role Overview
We are seeking highly experienced FIFO Head Chefs to work closely with the Village & Catering Managers to deliver exceptional food quality to our Villages across Western Australia.
The primary focus of the role is to ensure a smooth and profitable kitchen operation for the village, maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.
1. Develop and implement effective kitchen strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
2. Lead a team of chefs to prepare and serve meals that meet the expectations of our clients.
This is a fly-in-fly-out role (FIFO) departing from Perth on 8:6 rosters. Our company culture values sustainability and inclusivity, and we welcome Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people to join us.
