**Responsibilities**
- To maintain and manage existing and developmental business with our principals.
- To be responsible for the day-to-day reporting as required by Principals and Customers.
- To set realistic annual budgets relating to the Principals and Customers concerned.
- To achieve budgets as agreed with the Managing Director.
- To successfully increase the customer and principal base of the company.
- To ensure stocks within the product range are responsibly and adequately maintained.
- To ensure our Customers and Principals contractual obligations are fulfilled to the satisfaction of all parties.
- To maintain an outgoing liaison with related industry committees and associations.
- To maximise the financial returns for input provided to customers.
**To be successful**:
- 5+ years' experience within the chemical industry.
- Proven track record in customer and principal acquisition, driving business growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management and maximizing financial returns.
- Strong mentorship and training skills, with a focus on fostering professional growth.
- Ability to achieve budgets as agreed upon by the Executive Directors.
- Excellent professional representation and interpersonal skills.
