* Develop a good understanding of clients companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment to be able to manage the expectations of both the client and candidates you work with and to further build up relationships with them.
* Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing advertisements through various forms of media provided.
* Complete a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the client’s vacancy.
* Receive and review applications, manage interviews and shortlist candidates that you deem suitable for our client’s needs based on the requirements given by the client.
* Request for candidates references and check the suitability of candidates before submitting their details to the client.
* Brief the candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
* Organize interviews for candidates as per the clients request and inform candidates about the results of their interviews.
* Be the main point of contact at all times through the offering of advice to both clients and candidates on training and career progression, negotiation of pay and salary rates etc.
* Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
* Headhunting through identifying and approaching of suitable candidates when necessary.
* Sales driven and result oriented in order to be able to meet team’s target
* A dedicated team player who ensures the highest possible ethical and professional standards at all times.
* Highly self-motivated, independent, resourceful and innovative at all times.
* Execute the strategy and operations required to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Job Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field.
* Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role.
* Experienced in building sales-oriented teams, talent pipeline development, cultural establishment, and team atmosphere cultivation.
* Minimum of 2-5 years or more of relevant experience in human resources, with a particular expertise in recruiting mass hiring role for clients.
* Proficient in various aspects of human resources, especially recruitment and selection (including experienced hires, and internal referrals), training, and employee relations.
* Strong skills in writing work reports and plans, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
