The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently recruiting Chefs for our NSW UPPER NORTHSHORE CASUAL POOL :
THE POSITION
- Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings.
- Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements.
- Ensure all OH&S; compliance is achieved, and wastage is kept to a minimum.
THE PERSON
- Certificate 3 Commercial Cookery certificate for Chef roles.
- Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills.
- Great energy and qualified presentation.
- The willingness to work across various sectors and locations (i.e. Education, Venues, Corporate, etc.).
- Currently hold or be willing to obtain a National Police check and a Working with childrens check.
