**Position Summary**
Assists employees and managers with incident reporting and investigations. Attends safety committee meetings and takes minutes. Assists with RTW plans. Keys reviews and training and updates entries to payroll system. Maintains personnel files. Assists in all areas of the Administration department.
**Job Duties/Essential Functions**
- Exercises discretion and confidentiality with all employee information
- Assists employees to complete injury register and incident reports
- Follows up on all investigation and action points for each incident report
- Attends period safety meetings and takes minutes
- Maintains and updates HR and Safety boards in the break room
- Maintains and updates entries in the payroll system
- Maintains employee personnel files including terminated employee files
- Assists with the process of the fortnightly pay run
- Assists in all areas of the Administration department
- Provides support to Inventory Auditor and Sales Auditor
- Provides prompt, courteous member service when answering phones, assisting members.
