Senior Water Process Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide technical leadership in specialist areas of process engineering.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to company goals by acting as Project Technical Lead or supporting project managers/team leaders to ensure project outcomes meet client and company expectations.
You will work with senior staff to develop graduate and intermediate staff in delivering quality outcomes with technical excellence.
* Plan, program, and coordinate specific projects to deliver agreed outputs on time, and to desired quality.
* Manage and assist in process and technical engineering, design management, and project management from planning to detailed design of water and wastewater infrastructure.
* Prepare portions of engineering project proposals and maintain good interactions through active communication.
* Coordinate technical activities and designs with personnel in other disciplines and departments.
* Ensure all technical outputs conform to the project scope, are safe, and of appropriate quality.
* Support the development and expansion of the Company's capability in the fields of water and wastewater design, including obtaining new clients and/or new work from existing clients.
* Support the development of other team members through mentoring, technical advice, and guidance.
* Contribute to proposal and bid development to support business development activities, including preparing proposal material as required.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A tertiary qualification in Engineering (Chemical, Process) or equivalent.
* Greater than six years of demonstrated process design experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry.
* Chartered engineering status preferred but not essential.
* Previous consulting experience preferred but not essential.
