The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Systems team. As an established patch of accounts is available for growth, you'll be selling support services backed by a team of skilled engineers who deliver exceptional results and satisfaction to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grow and expand our presence within existing customer accounts.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities with mid-market customers.
* Develop account plans and continually look for strategic initiatives to maximise share of wallet.
* Ensure our customers receive a fantastic level of service.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong sales experience within the IT Hardware sector. Ideally, you'll have sold third-party support or maintenance contracts. You should be comfortable building a pipeline, chasing warm leads, and identifying new prospects. Strong interpersonal skills will help you open doors and spark conversations.
