Brand New NDIS Specialist Accommodation Permanent Part Time positions available Rockingham Location Salary Packaging (up to $18,550) and Leave Loading (17%) per annum payable on annual leave Rocky Bay is seeking expressions of interest to join our Supported Accommodation team working in our new Specialist Disability Accommodation in Rockingham which is situated near the beach. We would love people to join our team who want to work with our customers, get to know them and support them to live the life they choose. About the Support Worker role: Provide comprehensive support to our customers in all areas of daily living, including maintaining their home environment, attending outings and medical appointments, assisting with personal hygiene, and supporting daily routines—all while upholding dignity and respect of our customers. Communicate and interact with customers in a meaningful and person-centred manner. Safely transport participants to and from activities and outings using Rocky Bay vehicles. Accurately record and report all services and supports delivered, including completion of time-sheets, case notes, and incident reports as required. We are looking for: Available to work across any day of the week (Monday to Sunday) in supported accommodation settings To thrive in this role, you must possess a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Excellent communication skills, patience, and a compassionate nature are essential. Experience in the disability sector is desirable, but comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
