* Committed to completing a 5 Year Apprenticeship
* Is reliable, curious, and driven to learn as well as punctual
* Has strong problem-solving skills
* Listens carefully, speaks clearly, and writes neatly and accurately
* Is physically fit and prepared to do quality work
* Willing to learn a wide range of skills
* Has successfully completed Year 12 or equivalent
* Strong interest in mechanical and electrical work
* Is able to gain and retain an ASIC and ADA
* Able to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug & alcohol testing
* Wants to be part of a team that values safety, skill, and growth
