About the role
Southern Coast Plastering is seeking a highly motivated Plasterer Apprentice to join our team in Ulladulla, NSW. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and qualifications in the building trades industry.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting experienced plasterers with a wide range of plastering tasks, including wall and ceiling installation, jointing, and finishing
* Developing skills in measuring, cutting, and fitting plasterboard sheets
* Learning proper techniques for applying plaster, compound, and other finishing materials
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Attending training and completing coursework to obtain a nationally recognised plastering qualification
What we're looking for
* A passion for the building trades and a desire to learn the art of plastering
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully
* Good physical fitness and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods
* A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
* A commitment to completing your apprenticeship and obtaining your plastering qualification
* Applicants must be between 17-18 years of age to be eligible for this apprentice role
