Job Title: Senior Landscape Construction Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our landscape construction projects. This is a full-time, permanent role responsible for directing a team of landscape construction workers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and direct a team of landscape construction workers to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
* Coordinate activities of subcontractors to ensure their work aligns with project requirements.
* Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues that arise, and provide regular updates to the project manager.
* Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in the landscape construction industry.
* Thorough understanding of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
* Demonstrated experience in managing projects, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
