Job Title: Team Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced team leader to join our infrastructure services team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating site teams to achieve high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. They will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
* Leading daily pre-start meetings to address all site requirements;
* Scheduling, forecasting, procurement and management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractors;
* Coordinating with the engineering team to develop and maintain project programs;
* Providing weekly/monthly program updates;
