We are seeking an experienced ETL Data Migration Developer to support a large-scale financial services data migration program involving multiple legacy systems. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on ETL development, data transformation and data quality, supporting a complex enterprise migration into a Salesforce-based target platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain SSIS-based ETL pipelines for large-scale data migration
Develop and optimise SQL Server stored procedures to support data transformation, cleansing and performance
Implement source-to-target data mappings and transformation logic
Perform data profiling and data quality analysis across multiple legacy source systems
Identify, analyse and remediate data quality issues
Implement data validation and reconciliation controls
Support migration rehearsals, cutover loads and post-load issue resolution
Work within a complex enterprise delivery program with multiple upstream systems
Required Skills & Experience
Strong SQL Server development experience in data migration environments
Proven delivery of ETL data migration projects in large, complex organisations
Hands-on SSIS experience, including:
Package development
Orchestration and sequencing
Strong stored procedure development for transformation logic
Experience addressing data quality challenges in legacy systems
Nice to Have
Experience migrating data into Salesforce or other SaaS platforms
Experience working in financial services, government or other regulated environments
Exposure to large transformation or remediation programs involving multiple data sources
