Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Certifier/Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading, assisting and managing a diverse range of Class 2 to 9 building projects.
About You
You must hold either an unrestricted registration (A1) or restricted registration (A2) with NSW Fair Trading. Your extensive knowledge and experience in building certification will enable you to provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively with clients and colleagues, and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Focusing on timely completion of Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, Occupation Certificates, Crown Certificates and Building Code of Australia assessments;
* Attending site inspections and client meetings;
* Providing building compliance advice to various clients;
* Investigating and resolving customer requests;
