The Role:
Our client is in the Healthcare industry. They are seeking a switched-on and dynamic Admin Assistant with exceptional organisational skills to support a busy workflow. This position is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
* Answering phone calls
* Understanding customer queries and delivering great customer service
* Matching purchase orders with invoicing
* Data entry, filing, triaging, end of month
* Scheduling coordination, contractor sign in and out
* Managing email inquiries
* Other admin duties as requested
Essential Criteria:
* Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet competing deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
* Capability to work effectively and work independently
* Willingness to assist with various tasks as required
