Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalized customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including tasks such as receiving stock, processing transactions, and maintaining store appearance.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment by actively participating in meetings, offering suggestions, and demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Maintain high standards of safety and accuracy in all aspects of the role, including adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnight shifts as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is highly desirable, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* The ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently is also essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations are necessary for success in this role.
* Flexible availability and a commitment to working across a 7-day roster are required.
