We're looking for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our leadership team. Overseeing service across The Galley Kitchen, Moby's Bar, and The Poolside Bar, you'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience that reflects the relaxed luxury The Anchorage is known for.
What you will be doing
* Welcome guests with genuine warmth and efficiency
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including setup and pack down
* Support rostering and assist with shift coverage when needed
* Lead, train, and mentor Food & Beverage team members
* Supervise and manage on‑shift service across multiple venues
* Resolve guest feedback with professionalism and care
* Deliver fine dining table service and provide beverage recommendations
* Prepare and serve coffee, wine, and cocktails to a high standard
* Coordinate and deliver room service orders
* Support the setup and pack down of functions and events
* Ensure compliance with RSA legislation and maintain clean, safe front‑of‑house areas
* Oversee daily opening and closing procedures
This role operates across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. These are our busiest times, so being part of the action is key.

You're a confident, experienced Food & Beverage professional who leads with warmth, professionalism, and purpose. You bring experience in fine dining or hotel environments, a strong eye for detail, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
