What You'll Do
* Review and process client's payroll transactions efficiently within defined SLA's.
* Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including month end, statutory reports and year end related activities.
* Ensure validation of payroll data.
* Ensure ADP performs payroll services based on client requirements while validating that ADP meets required statutory obligations.
* Adhere to ADP's quality standards, policies & procedures.
* Adhere to quality checks and controls, as the reports, inputs and processing done by you
Experience
* At least 2 - 4 years of experience in processing end to end Malaysia payroll.
* Ability to showcase working knowledge on Excel is expected.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Good knowledge in Social Security, Taxation and Money movement/ lodgment is desired.
* Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn the payroll software application.
