Here are some of the things you'll be doing
* Managing staff break schedules, delegate tasks, and provide coaching and feedback to team members and apprentices
* Supervising all stock rotation in cold rooms, freezer and shop front window.
* Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing/replenishing stock
* Handling customer queries, complaints, and supporting the resolution of any issues
* Administering company policies and procedures to maintain store standards
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail Butcher supervisory or management role preferably in fresh meat
* Being able to work in a fast pace environment
* Must have time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service orientation
* Proficiency in inventory management
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Knowledge of retail industry best practices and compliance requirements
* Food safety and food hygiene qualifications
