Marketing Campaign Manager
The primary focus of this role is to develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate with farmers, distributors, and industry influencers.
As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of brand and product campaigns, managing digital and print marketing strategies and creative assets, collaborating with Portfolio Managers on go-to-market strategies, overseeing campaign performance, ROI tracking, and reporting, building and managing relationships with agencies and media partners, driving internal and external communications, including crisis management, developing and implementing ADAMA's social media and CRM strategies, and supporting global brand initiatives and local campaign rollouts.
* Job Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or related fields
* Proven experience in marketing or communications roles
* Strong project management and analytical skills
* Experience with digital marketing, CRM platforms, and social media
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Agribusiness experience is a plus, but not essential
* Work rights in Australia with no restrictions
