About your role: * Work collaboratively with the Nurse Educator Clinical Placements and Nurse Unit Managers, Nurse Educators, and other key stakeholders to maintain safety standards in patient care. * Delegate and supervise nursing and midwifery students as required, consistent with the NMBA decision-making framework and standards of practice. * Provide effective and efficient supervision and apply evidence-based practice principles in clinical education while providing leadership to nursing & midwifery students in the area of clinical allocation. * Plan, coordinate, and facilitate the nursing and midwifery students' orientation day and induction into the clinical areas and Inservice's for the learners, in collaboration with the Nurse/Midwifery Educators and Nurse/Midwifery Unit Managers.
