Job Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned business leader to oversee the efficient management of our operations, ensuring seamless delivery and productivity.
* Trade certification in Mechanical and/or Electrical trade is essential for success in this role.
* A minimum of 3-5 years' experience managing small to medium-sized businesses will be highly regarded.
* Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively with senior leadership to drive customer satisfaction, internal growth, and strategic expansion.
* While not mandatory, possession of an HR truck license and prior experience in the generator or hire/service industry would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring operational workflows operate smoothly and without gaps in scope or responsibility.
* Assisting in the development of efficient scheduling systems and labour productivity initiatives.
* Maintaining a fleet of hires sets, ensuring they are fueled, tested, and ready for deployment as required.
* Working closely with the BDM, estimator, and project manager to oversee job scheduling and reporting processes.
* Loading and unloading company vehicles and making deliveries where necessary.
