Foreman - Carpenter Full time position plus Fuel card

THE ROLE
We are seeking motivated Leading hand Carpenters and Carpenterss to join our team on a permanent basis.
This is a site-based on the tools management role where you may be assigned to work on projects in and around Brisbane. You will be working on projects that range from renovations of established residences to new residential builds, with a focus on quality above all else.
This is your opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge working in a detail-orientated, quality-driven building team with an excellent industry reputation, reporting directly to the project manager. KEY ROLE ATTRIBUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Successfully deliver projects from pre-construction through to defect liability, handover and even ongoing maintenance
* A desire to be on the tools and work with a young motivated team
* must be good with technology (phone applications)
* You will have a passion for high quality building and craftsmanship
* A problem-solving attitude
* Interpret building plans, engineer reports, specifications and NCC;
* Slab set outs and from works
* be able to work independently and with a team
* be trustworthy and honest
EXPERIANCE
* Fully qualified carpentry certificate
* Strong track record in residential construction.
* Experience or understanding of construction detail resolution.
* Experience in doors, locks, windows, metalworks and finishing trades.
* Excellent attention to detail, quality and finish.
* Understanding of construction sequences.
* Ability to think through issues and resolve problems.
* Ability to communicate instructions to other team members or sub-trades.
* Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
* to be well presented, with strong time management skills, excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn and teach.
* High degree of English proficiency.
* Works well both in a team and independently, always seeing tasks through to completion.
* Their own vehicle, active driver's license and white card; and
* Australian working rights.
The successful applicant will be Paid will be based on Experience along with
* sick leave
* 4 weeks annual leave
