About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant on our Perth Education team, you'll be responsible for placing casual educators and OSHC staff into roles across childcare centres and schools. You’ll manage daily bookings, support candidates, and ensure compliance requirements are met. The role also includes maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities to help grow your portfolio and meet team targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Candidate Management & Booking Coordination
* Source and onboard high-quality educators for casual and contract roles.
* Manage daily bookings and short-notice requests from education providers.
* Maintain strong relationships with candidates, supporting their growth and engagement.
* Match educator availability and qualifications with client needs using our booking system.
Client Support & Service Delivery
* Liaise with childcare centres and OSHC providers to confirm bookings and understand specific staffing needs.
* Ensure all candidates meet compliance requirements, including WWCC, ACECQA standards, and relevant qualifications.
* Deliver responsive, high-quality service that builds trust and loyalty with clients.
Administration & Compliance
* Keep systems and records up to date, including candidate files, availability, bookings, and feedback.
* Follow all legislative and company compliance procedures.
* Participate in team meetings, contribute to team goals, and support colleagues as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in recruitment, staffing coordination, early childhood education, or a related customer-focused role.
* Strong administrative and time management skills – you’ll be coordinating multiple bookings daily.
* Confident communicator who builds relationships with ease.
* A passion for education and supporting educators in their career journey.
