About The Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role as our Multichannel Media Lead, where strategy meets execution and data‐driven media drives real brand growth. Reporting to the Head of Digital & Media, this role serves as the primary in‐house media specialist and authoritative resource for multichannel media within the organization. The individual will collaborate directly with brand marketers, critically evaluate agency proposals, and convert business objectives into effective, performance‐driven media strategies.

In this position, you will excel within a dynamic and cooperative setting, linking consumer marketing, healthcare professional marketing, retail media, analytics, and agency partners to achieve comprehensive and integrated results across the entire funnel.

Responsibilities

* Lead the development and execution of integrated advertising and media strategies aligned with organisational objectives, overseeing the translation of business goals into measurable advertising objectives, KPIs, and full‐funnel campaign approaches.
* Direct and oversee the coordination of annual integrated advertising and media plans across paid, owned, and retail media channels, ensuring alignment of performance marketing initiatives with broader brand and commercial strategies.
* Oversee media channel strategy and selection, providing strategic direction based on audience insights, market trends, platform capability, campaign objectives, and advertising performance outcomes to maximise return on investment.
* Manage and lead relationships with external advertising, media, and digital agencies, overseeing campaign delivery, performance standards, contract outcomes, budgeting, resource allocation, and innovation initiatives to ensure achievement of organisational targets.
* Lead weekly performance reviews, quarterly business reviews, and post‐campaign evaluations to assess advertising effectiveness, identify optimisation opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across marketing activities.
* Lead collaboration between marketing, retail media, digital, analytics, and external stakeholder groups to ensure coordinated implementation and successful delivery of advertising and media initiatives.
* Direct 'Test & Learn' frameworks across advertising creative, audience targeting, channel placements, and landing page experiences to improve campaign performance, media efficiency, customer acquisition, and revenue growth outcomes.
* Oversee advertising measurement frameworks, tagging governance, and performance analytics across paid and owned media channels, leading the delivery of strategic insights, executive reporting, and Marketing Mix Modelling initiatives to support commercial decision‐making and future advertising investment strategies.

Qualifications

* Experience 3–5 years in a multichannel media role.
* Hands‐on expertise across key performance channels including paid search (SEM), paid social, programmatic display & video, digital OOH, and connected TV (CTV).
* Proven ability to translate high‐level business objectives into effective, integrated media plans.
* Strong agency management experience, engaging media agencies and driving performance through a collaborative partnership.
* Highly data‐literate with strong media metrics understanding and proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Power BI skills highly desirable.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders.
* Self‐starter attitude with relentless curiosity and passion for finding innovative solutions to drive tangible business results.
