What are we looking for?
We're seeking an experienced Employment lawyer to join LOD and work on assignment with one of our high-profile in-house clients. In this role, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders and HR and will provide practical, commercial and risk-informed advice across a broad range of advisory and contentious matters including:
* performance management;
* misconduct and investigations;
* day-to-day ER/IR matters and risk mitigation; and
* the interpretation and application of enterprise agreement provisions and internal policy frameworks.

You will:
* have a minimum of 5 years PQE;
* have strong employment law experience from an in-house environment and/or a mid-tier or top-tier law firm;
* have the ability to 'hit the ground running' and manage matters with minimal supervision; and
* ideally, be available to commence on short notice.
