Customer Care Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service to customers, handling calls and supporting administrative tasks. You will collaborate with mentors and customers to advance their employment journey.

About the Role:
You will engage with customers and teams via phone, email, Teams, and SMS, providing support and guidance as needed. Your strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support:
o Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
o Provide support and guidance to customers via phone, email, Teams, and SMS.
* Administrative Tasks:
o Assist mentors with administration and diary management.
* Data Management:
o Maintain data integrity across systems for smooth operations.


Requirements:
* Experience:
o A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment.
* Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with Excel, WAOP, and JobReady.
o Ability to handle challenging situations with resilience and empathy.
o Supportive team player with a positive attitude.
