We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and selecting the best candidates to join our organisation. What You’ll Do:
· Find great people: Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and creative methods.
· Screen and assess: Review applications, run phone screens, and help managers prepare interviews.
· Support recruitment strategy: Track metrics, spot trends, and help improve hiring processes.
· Ensure a great candidate experience: Communicate clearly, promote our brand, and make the process smooth.
· Handle compliance and admin: Keep records, draft contracts, and follow employment laws.
· Build strong relationships: Work with managers, agencies, and our People Services team to onboard new hires.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
