Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a contact plan with site engineering, planning, and maintenance staff to maintain regular engagement and foster strong relationships.
* Provide authoritative technical guidance on lubricant products to ensure seamless delivery of solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to bp/Castrol lubricants, including leading incident investigations and preparing comprehensive reports.
* Contribute to the development of new products by leveraging your expertise and insights into customer and industry requirements.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in the mining, heavy machinery maintenance, or lubricants industries.
* Strong technical acumen and an excellent understanding of lubricants.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative approach to deliver value-added solutions.
* High level of HSSE knowledge and adherence to best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations that drive results.
