Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its group legal team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role supports lawyers across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth by managing documentation, conducting research, ensuring compliance, and overseeing legal technology requirements.
This role is based on-site at Crown Melbourne.
Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and correspondence
* Conducting legal research and monitoring legislative updates, preparing summaries
* Maintaining accurate filing systems and case management records
* Contributing to the development and maintenance of internal legal resources
* Participating in process improvement initiatives, including automation and digitisation
* Liaising with clients, courts and external stakeholders as required
* Providing administrative support to the legal team
What you'll bring
* Certificate IV in Legal Services or equivalent qualification (or working towards)
* Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure
* High attention to detail and presentation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
