Metal Fabricator (Multiple Positions Available)
Furphy engineering are seeking skilled metal fabrication tradespeople to join our company. As a key member of our team, you will be contributing to the quality and on time completion of significant projects for our industry leading customers.
Working within our production team, you will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and machinery, a wealth of industry experience in our existing team of qualified tradespeople and an extensive range of fabrication and welding techniques.
About you:
If you want to work in a clean, state of the art engineering workshop, have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a team environment with great people, this is the job for you.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or similar or equivalent industry experience
- Competent in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience in GTAW and/or GMAW welding processes
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- A high regard for workplace safety
