We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic community-based team in Toowoomba.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations, and active interventions for a range of programs in the comfort of our customers' homes.
* Hospital substitution programs: Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home.
* Government Aged Care programs: Supporting our ageing population to stay well and independent at home.
* Work independently in the community and collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
* Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor.
Requirements
* A Physiotherapy degree with unrestricted registration.
* A valid driver's licence and an insured, road-worthy vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
* Community or hospital Physiotherapy experience.
