We are looking for a highly motivated Parts Manager for our Nissan and Renault dealership located in the Bunbury Region.
A hands‐on approach is required to drive the sales in this department. Good communication skills are a must, along with being adaptable and having an overall, positive can‐do attitude will help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with the day‐to‐day management of the parts department, including taking calls and doing quotes
* Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring parts are ordered and stocked efficiently
* Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
* Identifying opportunities to improve parts department processes and procedures
* Helping to train and supervise our Parts Interpreter
* Ensuring monthly targets are achieved
* Assisting Parts Interpreter in answering calls and interpreting requests for parts
* Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers
Qualifications
* Experience in a parts or inventory management role, ideally within the automotive industry
* Robust knowledge of automotive parts and equipment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Proficient in using inventory management systems and software
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Commitment to safety and attention to detail
* Experience working in a fast‐paced setting

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday – no weekends
Supplementary Pay: Monthly bonus
Experience: Customer Service – 1 year (preferred); Inventory Management – 1 year (preferred)
