As a Registered Nurse at Arcare Aranda, you will work in our new building with state-of-the-art facilities. You will provide high-quality medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Care:
o Providing high-quality medical care to residents
o Assessing residents' health conditions and monitoring vital signs

2. Wound Management:
o Managing and dressing wounds
o Preventing infections and promoting proper wound healing
3. Health Care Planning:
o Developing individualized care plans for residents
o Implementing care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions
4. Assessment and Documentation:
o Conducting thorough health assessments of residents
o Maintaining accurate medical records
o Documenting changes in residents' health conditions
5. Pain Management:
o Addressing pain concerns of residents
o Implementing pain management strategies
6. Emergency Response:
o Being prepared to handle medical emergencies
o Coordinating emergency response as necessary
7. End-of-Life Care:
o Providing comfort and support to residents during end-of-life care
o Implementing palliative care strategies
