Join our team as a People & Culture Business Partner, driving strategies that align with business goals and people priorities. Partner with senior leaders to provide expert guidance on workforce planning, rewards, and data-driven decisions. Champion leadership excellence through coaching, capability development, and risk management while leading organizational change. Foster collaboration and innovation to attract, retain, and develop top talent, building high-performing teams and a 'Can Do' culture.
What you'll be doing…
* Delivering and embedding P&C strategies aligned with business goals.
* Managing core P&C activities: onboarding, probation, exits, and headcount.
* Enhancing cyclical P&C processes with P&C SMEs and Senior Business Partners.
* Advising on P&C policies, employment legislation, and risk management.
* Supporting workforce planning, program delivery, structure optimization, and change management.
* Promoting a performance-driven culture through leader-led management.
* Providing trusted advice to build leadership capability and mitigate risks.
* Driving organizational change, employee engagement, and advocacy.
* Partnering with Recruitment to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
* Identifying high-potential talent and supporting succession planning.
* Utilizing data insights to inform decision-making and identify risks.
* Supporting global teams with consistent P&C practices and reporting.
* Challenging decisions misaligned with organizational goals.
* Driving continuous improvement of systems, processes, and costs.
* Degree in a relevant discipline.
* Evidence of your tenacity in building out your experience committing to long term performance in your roles
* Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and build strong relationships.
* Proven long term ownership in your career roles
* Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of employment relations, industrial relations, and P&C best practices.
* Skilled in critical thinking and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
* Proficient in analysing data to develop effective strategies and solutions.
