About the Role
You'll be joining an ambitious team with the unique opportunity to influence how our Speech Pathology service evolves.
This is more than a clinical role - it's a chance to lead, guide and innovate.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality speech and language assessments and therapy across the lifespan, with opportunities to work in NDIS, Aged Care and Home Care, as well as privately funded individuals
Lead and mentor the Speech Pathology team, providing supervision and guidance including reviewing reports and ad hoc support
Opportunities to deliver services across several settings, including in-clinic, home-based services, school-based, within facilities and in the wider community
Collaborate with other allied health professionals across disciplines, with a team of over 30 Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Counsellors, PositiveBehaviour Support Practitioners and Therapy Assistants
Host monthly team meetings including delivering on evidence-based practice and guiding professional development opportunities, as well as ensuring the team are working consistently to deliver a high standard of services

Who We're Looking For
You're a confident, compassionate therapist who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings the following:
A high level of experience with NDIS clients (it's a bonus if you also have Aged Care or Home Care experience too)
Proven experience supervising or mentoring junior therapists
A client-first approach with strong relationship-building skills with all key stakeholders
Strong organisational skills, including being able to balance a small caseload and supervisory responsibilities
Ability to contribute towards developing and growing the service
Essential Requirements
Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia
NDIS Worker Screening Check + Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
