Our clients know everything is taken care of, effortlessly and with care.The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring all allocated sites operate as per contractual requirements, in relation to personnel, training, time management & attendance, and escalating where breaches or gaps are identified to ensure a consistent and efficient level of service is delivered across all locations. This role requires an excellent problem solver, to not only solve complex issues but to foresee any potential issues and create a solution prior to business disruption.About the role:Maternity leave cover June – December 2025Effectively lead a team of Concierge and work to identify any areas of improvement in their performance and track against KPI’sComplete oversight of resource planning – covering leave as needed, working with Auxus Operations Leadership team to ensure seamless operations across all sitesManaging own schedule as per business requirements and often on an ad-hoc/ short notice basisHave expert level knowledge of all allocated sites operations to be able to work any shift at any location without an operational impact to the clientTrain and develop team members in their day-to-day dutiesProvide a visible presence to leading and guiding all Concierge team membersAct as an escalation for your team and resolve any issues or complex enquiriesBuild relationships with key stakeholders across all precinct sitesAbout you:Desirable qualifications in Business, hospitality management or related fieldsBackground in facilities or workplace supervisory/management is idealStrong influencing and negotiation skillsStrong leadership skills with an ability to drive change and engage othersStrong organisational skills, a capacity to work in a busy environment and to meet deadlinesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present with influenceIntermediate to advanced levels of Excel and other Microsoft Office productsWhy join Auxus?Auxus is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer and Champion of genuine action towards Reconciliation.
